• Pre-wedding Shoot, this is a great way for us to build a rapport with the couple, so we are not strangers on the day.
Images from this shoot can used for invitations, table plans and can be included in the album. including getting ready at the brides home, arrival of your guests, the groom, best man and ushers before the wedding, arrival of the bride, the wedding ceremony, formal groups, the wedding breakfast, speeches and evening celebrations.

• Approximately 400 images to choose from to design your wedding album. Our personal wedding album design service to help you design and construct your wedding album story book.

• Comprehensive 6-7 hours of reportage, modern and traditional style photographic coverage of your wedding day

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Standard Terms & Conditions for Wedding Photography by Emotion Studios

• Confirmation of a booking will only be made on receipt of a completed booking form and deposit. Emotion Studios will
reserve the date agreed upon, for this reason all deposits and payments are non-refundable, even if the date is changed or thewedding cancelled for any reason.

• On confirmation of booking, Emotion Studios will have the exclusive photographic rights for the wedding in question and will act as the official photographer at your wedding.

• The remaining balance of your wedding package is due no later than FOUR weeks before the wedding date. Payment for any additional extras is due at the time of order.

• All negatives and digital images/ video (together with the copyrights therein) will remain the property of Emotion Studios.
Additional copies of prints, videos or DVD’s can only be purchased from Emotion Studios. Any copying of photographs that we have supplied will be deemed in breach of the Copyright Act 1988 and is strictly illegal

• Emotion Studios reserves the right to use negatives, digital images, video and any prints or sequences, for advertising,
display, exhibitions, competitions and all other purposes without prior notification.

• Emotion Studios uses professional quality equipment and film and whilst you are assured of the very best attention at all times, it is understood that Emotion Studios can be held responsible for any faults on sensitised materials chemicals, mechanical, electrical or optical equipment.

• The photographer shall be granted artistic license in relation to the poses, composition and the lighting selected, exposures and locations used.

• If you wish to provide a list of groups or ‘must-take’ photographs, the photographers will only treat this as a guide as we cannot guarantee to cover every item on the list. Emotion Studios will not be held responsible for any person missing at the time of a specific group or any must-take photograph not taken.

• We strongly recommend that you take out a full wedding insurance policy to safe guard against any unforeseen eventuality.
